Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 July 2026 · [Placeholder terms — review with legal counsel before publishing.]
01Acceptance of terms
By installing or using TubeOrganizer (the “extension”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the extension.
02The service
TubeOrganizer is a browser extension that helps you organize your YouTube subscriptions into groups and focused feeds. It works as an overlay on YouTube and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by YouTube or Google.
03Free and Pro plans
The core features are free to use. Optional Pro features are available through a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods.
04Billing and cancellation
Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access to Pro continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account returns to the free plan.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the extension, attempt to reverse engineer it, resell it, or use it to violate YouTube’s terms or any applicable law.
06Your data
The extension stores your settings locally in your browser, with optional sync you control. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
07Intellectual property
The extension, its branding and content are owned by TubeOrganizer and its licensors. YouTube and related marks belong to their respective owners.
08Disclaimer and liability
The extension is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.
09Changes to the service
We may update, add or remove features over time, and may modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
